These terms govern your use of Daoji Scholars' services. By booking a consultation or engaging our services, you agree to the terms below.
Daoji Scholars provides education consulting services for students seeking admission and scholarships at Chinese universities, including the Chinese Government Scholarship (CSC), Confucius Institute Scholarship, provincial government scholarships, and university-specific scholarships. Services may include consultations, document review, application preparation and submission, interview coaching, visa support, and post-arrival support.
Admission and scholarship decisions are made solely by the relevant universities, the China Scholarship Council, and other awarding bodies. Daoji Scholars does not control these decisions and cannot guarantee any specific outcome. Our role is limited to preparing and submitting a complete, accurate application on your behalf.
Service fees vary by scholarship type and are structured as 60% payable upfront and 40% payable upon confirmation of an admission offer, in addition to a $200 application fee per school applied to. Current pricing is listed on our website and may be updated from time to time; the price agreed at the time of booking applies to your case.
If no admission offer is secured, 50% of the upfront 60% service fee is refunded. The $200 per-school application fee is non-refundable, as it covers work already completed. Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place.
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information and documents. You are responsible for sourcing your own recommendation letters. Daoji Scholars is not liable for delays or rejections caused by inaccurate information, missing documents, or documents not provided in time for application deadlines.
You consent to Daoji Scholars submitting your documents to relevant universities, scholarship bodies, and government offices as necessary to process your application. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your information is handled.
Daoji Scholars provides advisory and administrative support only. We are not responsible for decisions made by third parties (universities, the CSC, embassies, or immigration authorities), nor for circumstances outside our control (such as policy changes, processing delays, or travel disruptions).
Either party may end the engagement at any time. Fees already paid for work already performed are non-refundable except as described in Section 4.
These terms are intended to be read alongside applicable consumer protection laws in the jurisdictions where Daoji Scholars and its clients operate. This section should be finalized with legal counsel before relying on it.
