Built by someone who's actually doing this.

Daoji Scholars was founded by Idubamo Honest, an MBA candidate currently studying in China — not a remote agency guessing at the process, but someone living it: the same campuses, the same paperwork, the same visa office queues our students go through.

03 — Self-check

Are you missing anything?

Pick your scholarship type, tick what you already have, and we'll flag what's missing before you book a review.

    04 — Process

    A typical application year.

Timelines shift by scholarship, but most CSC-track applicants follow this rhythm.

    Profile & shortlist

We review your transcripts and language scores, then shortlist 3–5 universities with realistic odds.

    Dec – Jan

Drafting your study plan and notarizing transcripts and diplomas. You'll need to source your own two recommendation letters — this isn't included in our service at no cost.

    Apr – Jun

    Interviews & results

    06 — Results

    From past applicants.

"I didn't know the JW202 form existed until they walked me through it. Visa took two weeks."

    — Master's, Zhejiang University

"My study plan went through four drafts. The CSC reviewer apparently noticed."

    — PhD, Tsinghua University

"They caught a notarization error three days before the deadline. Saved my application."

    — Bachelor's, Fudan University
    07 — Pricing

    Pay as you progress.

Our fee depends on the outcome you secure. 60% is due upfront to begin work; the remaining 40% is due only once you're admitted. A flat $200 per-school application fee applies regardless of outcome. Naira amounts below use the parallel market ("black market") rate.

💡 We advise applying to 3–5 schools at once — it meaningfully improves your overall chances of admission, even though each one carries its own $200 fee.

    Self-submit

Comfortable filling in an online form yourself? Submit your documents directly through our intake form — no consultation fee required.

    Assisted

Prefer one-on-one help, or not sure how to gather everything? Book a $200 consultation and our team will walk you through it and submit on your behalf.

    08 — Referral

Know someone applying too? Get rewarded.

Most of our students hear about us from someone who's already gone through it. We make that worth your while.

    For students

    $50 off your next fee

Refer a friend who books a paid consultation, and you get $50 off any service fee on your own application.

    For your friend

    $25 off their consultation

The person you refer gets $25 off their first consultation — a lower-friction way for them to start.

    No limit

Refer as many as you like

There's no cap — refer multiple students and stack the discount across your own application fees.

To refer someone, just have them mention your name when they book a consultation.

    09 — FAQ

    Before you commit.

The questions we get asked most, answered plainly.

    What happens if I'm rejected?

If no admission offer is secured, 50% of your 60% upfront service fee is refunded. The 40% success balance is never charged, and the $200 per-school application fee is non-refundable, since that submission work was already completed.

How long does the whole process take?

Most CSC-track applications run September to August: shortlisting and documents in the first few months, submission by March, results between May and July, then visa processing before departure. Provincial and university-specific scholarships can move faster, often within 2–4 months.

    Is the $200 consultation refundable?

No — the consultation fee covers the time and assessment work itself, so it's non-refundable once the session takes place. If you decide not to proceed afterward, you owe nothing further.

What if I can't get all my documents ready?

Use our self-check tool above to see exactly what's missing before booking. If you're stuck, the consultation includes guidance on sourcing what you don't have yet — except recommendation letters, which you'll need to arrange yourself.

Can I apply to more than one scholarship type at once?

Yes. Many students apply to a CSC scholarship and a provincial or university-specific one in parallel as a backup. Each school applied to carries the $200 per-school fee regardless of scholarship type.

How many schools should I apply to?

We advise 3–5 schools. Admissions decisions vary school to school, and spreading your applications meaningfully improves your overall chances — even though each additional school carries its own $200 application fee.

Do you guarantee admission or a scholarship?

No one legitimately can — final decisions are made by Chinese universities and the CSC, not by us. What we guarantee is a complete, accurate, on-time application and honest guidance on your realistic chances.

    Book your consultation.

$200 gets you a full consultation on your profile and the right scholarship path. We'll reply within two working days to schedule.
