Identity documents (passport bio-data page)

Supporting application materials (study plans, recommendation letters, personal statements)
Health-related documents required by universities (e.g. physical examination forms), where applicable
Payment information for service fees (processed through third-party payment providers — we do not store full card details)

Assess your eligibility for scholarships and programs
Prepare and submit applications on your behalf to universities, the China Scholarship Council (CSC), Confucius Institutes, and related bodies
Track the status of your application and communicate updates to you
Process payments for our services

The universities, scholarship bodies, or government offices you are applying to
Service providers that support our operations (e.g. our application tracking system)

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not share it for marketing purposes without your consent.

Documents and application data are stored in systems accessible only to our team. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no system is completely immune to risk, and you should avoid sending highly sensitive documents over unsecured channels where possible.

5. How long we keep it

We retain your information for as long as needed to complete your application and for a reasonable period afterward in case of follow-up needs (such as visa renewal questions). You may request deletion of your data once your case is closed, subject to any legal retention requirements.
